This site to remind you that it is important to respect yourself as a woman and provide resources for you to live a complete, fulfilling personal life while developing your career as a Professional Family Manager. I hope to help change people's attitudes and practices when it comes to the rewarding choice of raising a family full time*, especially when it comes to taking care of you.If you treat yourself as a beautiful, sophisticated, savvy woman, then others will follow suit. Changing people's attitudes begins with YOU!
This site will NOT:
- Offer personal coaching for a fee. There are tons of print and free online resources for you to utilize and help yourself. There is no reason to spend a lot of money on ideas you can find and implement yourself. You are a mother; thereby, by default, you are a capable, intelligent woman.
- Focus on "family and household" tips. While some may be offered, my focus is on treating motherhood as a professional career, which means discussing ways to approach motherhood differently. This site is about women who are mothers, not about great new ways to organize laundry day.
- Accept paid reviews or endorsements only for the sake of trying to earn money for myself. (Do be aware that I do accept compensation for reviews from businesses.) If I say I think something is good, it's because I really think it is good, not simply because someone offered me an incentive to do so. I'm all for people making money on their blogs, nor am I adverse to making money myself, but I promise not to endorse something strictly for the money.
PR
Blog Site ReviewsI am happy to review your blog site; however, I will NOT accept compensation for doing so. I have made this decision based on the generosity of other mom bloggers who so willingly share their information and advice to other bloggers. It's my way of saying "Thank You" to the blogsphere. I will not review more than two sites a week. Please Email Michele at The Professional Family Manager if you'd like me to review your site.
Sometimes I pick a blog to review just because I think it's great. I will always state whether I was asked to review a blog or whether I decided to do so on my own.
Product/Business Reviews
If you feel you offer a product which is in line with the mission of this blog, please Email Michele at The Professional Family Manager to discuss the possibility of doing so. I am happy to promote businesses that offer services that are genuinely helpful to other women.
